What are the rules of exchange and return?

• The original receipt should be available. 
• You can Exchange/ Refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Delivery fees are applied on any cancellation or return orders if the order is already shipped.
• The product has to be in its Original and unused status.
• The refunded amount will take place by the same payment method that you used in the purchase transaction ( cash or visa ).
