What are the rules of exchange and return?
- The original receipt should be available.
- Cancellation or order return are to be requested through our website
- You can Exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- You can Return within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Delivery fees are applied on any cancellation or returns orders if the order is already shipped.
- The product has to be in its Original and unused status.
- The refunded amount will take place by the same payment method that you used in the purchase transaction ( cash or visa ).
